2. Description of Service

Vizu is an AI-powered vision board application designed to help users discover their values, set goals, and visualize their aspirations. The service includes chat-based discovery flows, goal tracking, vision board creation, and optional print-on-demand features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you create within Vizu, including goals, reflections, and vision board items. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Vizu uses AI models to generate coaching responses, goal suggestions, and imagery. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You should use your own judgment and not rely solely on AI-generated advice for important life decisions.

6. Payments and Refunds

Print-on-demand purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. All sales of printed products are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for resolution.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account and data at any time through the profile settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vizu is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
